The K-thriller A Bloody Lucky Day commences with ratings of 4.10% (nationwide) and 4.74% (metropolitan), a decent start for the tvN drama.

A Bloody Lucky Day narrates the story of Oh Taek (Lee Sung Min), an ordinary taxi driver who unwittingly embarks on a harrowing journey when he picks up a passenger, Geum Hyuk Soo (Yoo Yeon Seok), offering a substantial sum to go to Mokpo, only to realize that he is a serial killer.

Episode 2 of A Bloody Lucky Day will air on November 21 (Tuesday). The K-drama is available to stream on Paramount+.

Meanwhile, KBS 2TV’s The Matchmakers hit its lowest rating of 3.3% for episode 7. The K-drama is on a streak of 3% ratings and is almost halfway through the series. With the viewership rarely showing any uptick, the prospects of The Matchmakers reaching anywhere close to double-digit ratings seem bleak.
