Kwak Jin Seok will join the cast of the ongoing hit tvN K-drama Queen of Tears.
It was officially confirmed that actor Kwak Jin Seok will be added to the cast of the ongoing K-drama Queen of Tears.
Queen of Tears revolves around the love story of a Queens Group conglomerate heiress and her lawyer husband. The K-drama also revolves around their family, their struggles, and more.
In the series, Kwak Jin Seok will portray the role of Choi Ki Wook. He will be the president of a real estate brokerage company and will work closely with Park Sung Hoon’s character Yoon Eun Seong.
Queen of Tears is led by Kim Soo Hyun, Kim Ji Won, Park Sung Hoon, Kwak Dong Yeon, Lee Joo Bin, Kim Gab Soo, and more.
The ongoing hit K-drama is the latest work of directors Kim Hee Won (Vincenzo), Jang Young Woo, and writer Park Ji Eun (Crash Landing on You, The Legend of the Blue Sea, and My Love from the Star).
The 9th episode of Queen of Tears will premiere on April 6 at 9:20 PM KST.
This will be the first project of actor Kwak Jin Seok for 2024.
Last year, he starred in the K-drama Evilive with Shin Ha Kyun, Kim Young Kwang, Shin Jae Ha, Bae Na Ra, Park Sang Won, and Choi Yoo Ha. He also made a special cameo appearance in The First Responders Season 2.
Kwak Jin Seok made his acting debut in 2004. He was part of the cast of the K-dramas Oh My Ladylord, Sweet Home, Vagabond, Bad Papa, Friend, Our Legend, and more.
Last year, he also starred in various films such as Soulmate, Smugglers, and 12.12: The Day.
