Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won’s “Queen of Tears” Kicks Off with Staggering Ratings

tvN’s Queen of Tears premiered on March 9, scoring ratings of 5.85% (nationwide) and 6.49% (metropolitan), a strong start for the tvN drama. 

Queen of Tears tells the story of Hong Hae In (Kim Ji Won), heiress of the Queens Group, and Baek Hyun Woo (Kim Soo Hyun), her husband and the legal director of Queens Department Store. 

The drama revolves around the couple and the challenges they face in their third year of marriage.

The SBS action-crime drama Flex X Cop jumped to a double-digit nationwide rating of 10.1% (episode 12), rising from 8.3% (episode 11). The K-drama trends on Disney+ in Asian countries. Flex X Cop will now enter its penultimate week of airing.

After ranking sixth from February 19-25, Doctor Slump occupied the third spot on Netflix’s Global Top 10 list as of March 3.
