“The Killing Vote” Drops in Ratings, “Miraculous Brothers” Concludes with a Personal-Best Record

After premiering with a nationwide rating of 4.1%, the SBS thriller The Killing Vote, starring  Park Hae JinPark Sung Woong, and Im Ji Yeon, dropped to an average viewership of 3.8% for its second episode. But, the show is getting a positive response from global viewers. The Killing Vote occasionally ranks on the “Top 10 on Amazon Prime” charts in numerous countries like Morocco, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Mozambique, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Mongolia, Myanmar, and Vietnam, to name a few.

Episode 3 of The Killing Vote will air on August 24th (Thursday). The K-drama is available to stream on Prime Video in select regions.


Meanwhile, the JTBC thriller Miraculous Brothers aired its finale on August 17th and achieved a nationwide viewership of 3.26%, its highest among all the previous episode’s viewership. The average rating of the drama is 2.67%. 

Miraculous Brothers started with decent ratings of 2.9% (episode 1) and 3% (episode 2) and maintained a streak of 2% ratings throughout its run. But, the finale broke the streak, and the drama ranked as the 4th most-watched show on JTBC on August 17, Thursday.

Na In WooKim Ji Eun led Longing for You suffered another blow at domestic ratings. The drama, which only witnessed growth in ratings, dropped to 2.62% for episode 7 and further fell to 2.54% for episode 8. But, interestingly, the show remained the most-watched on ENA on Thursday. Longing for You has six more episodes left in its run.
